Chloe and Brinkley has had their F1 Standard Doodles! We' expect them to weigh 50-65 pounds. This is Chloe's second litter. Puppies can go home January 24th!

NOV 29th- The puppies came today...YAY! There are 4 boys and 3 girls. They are all black and some have a few little white spots. We will be able to tell more once they get a little older. They are all very strong and nursing. Chloe is doing great and she did a fabulous job whelping her litter.
Dec 7th- I can't believe they are already a week old. They are a quiet litter, they spend their time sleeping and nursing. They are starting to try to walk. Blue and Yellow have white toes on their hind feet. Chloe doesn't leave them except to go outside, and she keeps it as brief as possible.
Dec 13th- 2 Weeks old already. Their eyes are open and they are walking all over. A plump little litter we have, very good eaters! They got their first dose of de-wormer today and they all did very well. Chloe is begining to give them some space and take longer breaks away; she is still not too fond of the other dogs getting to close.
Dec 22nd- 3 Weeks Old and a real group of champs! They almost posed for pictures! These puppies amaze me. Not only are they growing before our eyes but they are walking and almost running already. They had a huge growth spurt this week. They are getting their teeth and Chloe doesn't seem to mind too much (yet). Their eyes are wide open. They are playing with each other by knocking each other over and getting one anothers tails. They had their second dose of dewormer Tuesday. They will start getting Puppy Portage at night next week. Puppy portage is simply ground Eukanuba Large Breed Puppy Food mixed with warm water to applesauce consistancy.
Jan. 2, 2011 - 5 Weeks old tomorrow! They all love to play with Mello's litter! They are great eaters! They like getting baths. They have had plenty over the past week now that they are eating puppy food. I think this is the neatest litter when it comes to eating. They don't cover each other with puppy portage and they don't think they should bathe it. This makes our job much easier! They still get plenty of nap time but a lot more play time and socialization. They let us know when it's time to get out and exercise. They have all found their bark. When one starts, the rest tend to join in harmony.

Jan. 10, 2012 - 6 weeks old all ready! They got their first puppy shot today as well as their dewormer, baths, and weights! They all did a wonderful job! They have gained about two pounds over the last week now that they are eating puppy food. Chloe is no longer sleeping with the babies at night and spends most of her day playing outside being a poodle. The all love to play with the English Retrievers, we often find them layin down for a nap together. They are also doing a fantastic job going potty on the puppy pad by the door!
Jan. 18, 2012 - 7 Weeks old, only 1 week to go! They are 100% on their own, no more mommy and they are eating hard crunchy puppy food now. They don't seem to mind, nor does Chloe. They get tons of love and attention, it seems like we always have at least 1 in our arms or on our laps. They all love to play, when they get worn out they all find a place in the floor or in their play pen to take a nap. I think every pup in this litter loves to be on their back and have their bellies rubbed!
Jan. 24, 2012 - Wow 8 weeks old now and headed home! We had our final vet check yesterday morning. All 7 checked out perfect, as we had expected. They have received their 2nd puppy shot. None of the puppies got sick traveling the 20 minutes it takes to get there or back! We still have 2 little boys available (Blue and Green). Jan. 29, 2012 - Phoebe and Rocco are getting settled in very well. They slept for the second half of the ride home after we stopped for a potty break. They weren't shy at all about exploring our house when we got home, and seem very comfortable already! They slept for about 7 hours over night--we were very impressed! Both seem to be making progress with the housebreaking. They are so cute and so much fun! It's going to be tough to go to work tomorrow morning. I'll keep you updated on how they continue to adjust.
